Rates are good and we were surprised how inexpensive it really is for what we get. Great people, new and clean and they have solid security. Real human beings answer the phones so it makes doing business with them very easy. We would highly recommend.

The best thing about this place is the wonderful people who staff it. Everyone seems to always have a smile. When I first rented my unit, they seemed to sincerely care about making sure I had the right size and saved money.

Very clean facility. Also I always felt very safe there with all the security and cameras. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to store your belongings.

As they say on the sign, they have all kinds of cameras, keypads, codes and other security stuff. The rates were better than the other couple of places I called, and they have a truck (it's one of those box truck jobs) that they let you use. They didn't even make me pay for the gas!!



I kept wondering what the catch was, but I never found one. I'm glad I went over there.

Storagemax was one of the greatest storage facilities I visited in Louisiana. After moving from Houston, I called around and they had the best rates, hands down. When I called, the representative on the phone was kind and courtesy, which prompted me to visit them. The manager greeted me at the door and walked me around the facility. After seeing the units and site, I was sold. We rented a 10x15 Climate Control unit for I think $130.00. We used their moving truck for free. We only kept the unit for 2 months, however, I would definitely return as a customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I just transferred in and needed a storage shed late at night.... I called and THEY ANSWERED! The guy said he was headed across town anyway and came out to rent me a unit. The next day I went in and got treated like royalty. Nice folks! I'm impressed (and I like to think I'm hard to impress).

This is a brand new, very clean and well run facility. The best in the area! It is easy to get to, right on Highway 90. The climate controlled units are the best.

Excellent service, friendly staff, 24hr access with plenty of security cameras. I use my storage space for some expensive items, and I trust they will be secure! By the way, I was actually able to rent a storage space on a Sunday afternoon!
