I had Mr. Leblanc come out one afternoon to inspect a home I was preparing to purchase. The crawlspace under my home was not inspected and I was quoted $80.00 for him to come out to inspect it while there was no water near the house. I also run a small business and do not charge customer's extra for whether conditions. I was also initally told that the attic could be inspected. However the attic was not inspected and he refused to do same.
