A great place to go when you are younger!!I've been using this clinic since 1994. My PCP and the staff were outstanding. One month before my 65th birthday, I received a "Dear John" letter advising that unless I used one of their recommended Medicare Advantage plans I'd be removed from their patient rolls. After finding out how poor my Advantage plan coverage really was, I changed to a Medigap (class f) plan at the start of 2012. I'm no longer their patient. In fact, I'm still looking for a clinic that doesn't treat Medicare Patients (with extra coverage) like MedicAid patients. BFP does not see Medicare/Medigap patients because it's a drain on the bottom line. They'd have to hire more people to process paperwork and work with issues questioned by the government. An Advantage plan is built to take care of all the clerical work and helps isolate the Clinic from the extra cost of handling a Medicare patient. That's why Medicare Complete and the Rocky Mtn Health Plan "Advantage" plans are accepted there. Finally, I had a severe problem with my Right leg (intermittent knee Pain) that persists till today. They were supposed to have provided a referral on three occasions (while I was a patient) and never did. A 14 day cruise was badly impacted because of the pain. Other than being shown the gate, that was the only error the clinic made.

I reluctantly have had care from this facility for some years. I'm pretty sure if you are not having a baby or taking care of children. The only form of treatment is to take more and more medications.
