I truly appreciate all of the agents! Don't know what I'd do without them answering after-hours calls for us. Antietam is upfront and honest.

We began service with Antietam Call Center in December, 2008 They have great staff that get our messages to us right away. The service they give is AMAZING!

I'd highly recommend them to any company who takes orders by phone. The operators at Antietam are great! I wouldn't trust ANY other company to take care of us. Complete different experience than what are previous crap service gave us.

Very well trained staff, that gets me my calls right after the call comes in. They take the emergency calls as well as routine calls in a polite manor.

I would tell anyone that does not have the need or budget for a full-time person to use this company. The operators take their job very serious and work to give great phone service. Can't explain why we didn't hire Antietam before we did!

I've been able to refer Antietam Call Center to two people in the last year. I've been in business for over 20 years & Antietam has been our answering service of choice! The operators are very "sparkly" & great to work with.
