first the good part. They were at the house within an hour after I called. The tech, Rick was professional and knew what the problem was in an instant. The problem was a bad capacitor. Now the bad part, He then told me the new part was $215.00, plus the $75 service call. I knew that no capacitor could cost that much but needed the air conditioner to work, So I agreed to have him replace it. After he left I went on the Internet and found the capacitor on some repair sites with the price range between $15 and $20, plus shipping. Not sure what other air conditioner repair business charge, but this was diffidently a ripoff.

I called this company to come and check my AC/Heat because my heat would not kick on. They took my info and said they would give me a call when they were 30 minutes from coming to my home. They showed up without a phone call and when I showed him my thermostat and clicked it on for him, the heat worked. He didn't have to do anything. I said to him, "oh my gosh, it's working". He still charged me the entire service fee call of 65 dollars without lifting one finger and being at my house for all of 5 minutes. Iunderstand this company should be paid something for their gas and 5 minutes of service but feel like I was ripped off. Just wish I could find an honest company that wasn't out to make a penny and sacrifice their reputation.

Have used On The Mark before, this time when we used them again and as before, they arrived when they said they would, Jonathan was courteous, knowledgable and found and fixed our problem quickly without trying to sell us something we did not think we needed. When we do need a new system we will go to them. Its nice to feel you can trust a company.

This company replaced my unit with Tempstar 3 1/2 ton unit. I was happy with the owner Mark... However, Since the unit was replaced, they have had to come out 3x's. This last time they replaced a part I don't believe was bad and it did not fix the unit. They came back out today and tried to chg even more. How can it be out of freon when it is only 4 1/2 yrs old?

EXCELLENT!

GREAT company! Every aspect of our dealings with this company was smooth! We've used them a few other times for smaller jobs- but we had an air "emergency", and it was handled very quickly and very professionally! The install crew that came out did what they had to do to make sure that everything would be done and working in the same day, not to mention were able to come out within 24 hours with a whole new system. Everyone who we had conversations with at the company were able to answer all of our questions, and didn't make you feel like they were just trying to sell you a system. Of course for us, a huge plus was they were also the lowest out of 6 estimates;) Will forever use this company as long as we can!!
