My occupancy began on 10/4/22, Manager Edith Pitman is an authentic professional that has made me feel at home in my new lovely surroundings.

The apartments are nice, but beware. If you want nosey neighbors and gossip this is the place for you. Currently, having a roach problem. They only spray apartments big you ask. Many people don. I cannot get rid of the roaches. I have put down bait and get sprayed , but it is not working because other people here have them. Power goes out quite frequently and building us poorly constructed. Some people that live here belong in nursing homes. Their families rent the apartment and then drop them off and these poor souls cannot clean and need help to live. I can hear my neighbors above me and below me. Doors slamming and grand children run amuck here. So sad this place is becoming a slum. Have one person who is manager and maintenance. One person can not handle all of it.

Kris (manager) and Dave (maintenance) deserve a raise this is a hard job running Magnolia Gardens Apartments and some people just do not understand what all has to be done to run this place as these two hard working people do they seem to always smile and try to keep things done asap and I am so glad to have moved here if you ask me you can not pick two better employees then you have chosen

love it here and Kris the manager and Dave the maintenance guy are traffic always smiling have great neighbors would recommend it to anyone like likes this friendly life style

Just like to say Kris (the manager) and Dave(the maintenance] are the best they run this place very well we love it here if you need a place to live and qualify this is the place to live my husband told me after we lived here a couple weeks I could not have choose a better place and I credit that to Kris for trying to pick the best people to move in it makes it nice knowing the neighbors all get along and Dave see that things get done right away great guy always smiling Kris jokes around and laughs with you even when she is stressed out just and over all great place here glad I found it I give it 4 1/2 stars my husband gives a 5 so as long as things stay as they are I don't see it changing
