We were delighted to see a beefs open near our home but after the poor service and the fact that the we got served the cheap beer (that the owner charged us for premium then refused to refund the difference when we called him out on it)it felt like the beer was switched on purpose beacuse the owner refused to refund the 3 dollar difference.

Also when we complained to the manager about waiting over an hour for our food he sad what do you expect we are new.

I said with that attitude we wont return. he said fine by me.



I sent several emails complaining but to no avail they refused to accept responsibility and never addressed the whole beer switch.



I would save your money and drive to brooksville and go to applbees.
