Very happy with the service provided. Without this company I would have had to sit in the heat during mid summer. They came out as soon as they could and fixed my issues at an affordable price. I reccomed!

Horrible service. The company takes customers money through the PACE program for home improvements and keeps it without following through to make sure work is done. When work is done Air Masters does not pay the subcontractors. Owner is obnoxious and does not care to fix the problem. Installs used parts that do not work and will not come back out for over a week.

One week, and $10,000 later, we still did not have a working A/C unit. I have never been so disgusted and outraged with a company. Air Masters repeatedly ignored our phone calls, did not respond to our messages, and left us suffering in a home that was up to 92 degrees AT NIGHT. First, they sent out technicians that were not properly trained, and they set up the unit incorrectly. They eventually sent someone out who knew what they were doing, only after we called them nonstop for days. This technician could not stop shaking his head while he was looking at the mess that these amateurs had left. How is this acceptable? It shouldnt take a week to install an A/C unit in a single family home. I may have been placated if the owner had returned my phone call to discuss all of this, but he had better things to do. Unfortunately for him, I will be posting my experience on every aspect of social media that I can get my hands on.

Great experience with this company, met all the needs that i had for my a/c system. I would recommend this to anyone looking for great reliable, and affordable work.
