I can say from my experience with BCC has been very good. I have been a customer for about 5 yrs. I believe they will do the right thing in repairing your car.

Fred and crew did a great job of diagnosing the problem and then found that there was Ford recall. I took the car to the dealership and had it repaired at no cost. We really a appreciates Fred's help!!

The work is fine. They could improve the integrity of how they bill customers from my experience. Won't make that mistake again.

They have repaired the A/C vent actuators in my Tahoe, repaired the front end on my daughters Saturn Vue and now take care of all of our lube work.
