Great job with the windows!

I never write bad reviews but when I arrived at roadquake for window tinting, no one was there to even open the store. I waited outside for 25 minutes and the door was still locked. I will not be going back there.

Excellent workmanship, very high quality work, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!!!

My buddy Jared hook me up with my sounds. He wired everything from front to back and was very helpful and knowledgeable of letting me know how everything was going and also gave me a ride to work when I needed it. And Dave hooked up my remote car starter system for my car and when I had an issue with the alarm system he help me out and got me all squared away. I've been dealing with them for a few years now and will continue to do so.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with their work.

I am writing this review because I once thought that morals within this country were nearly extinct, UNTIL I took my car to Road Quake Car Audio and Wheels...



The story starts here...I recently bought my first brand new car.... a 2010 Nissan Sentra... with a tight budget, I decided to treat myself to a remote car start in this cold weather. So I called around, and went to a shop called Road Quake on Smith Road in Brook Park Ohio (they had the BEST price for the type of system I was looking to have installed.) So on a Wednesday I dropped my car off, and was told it would be completed in 2-3 hours...until Road Quake ran into a problem. Somehow the computer system in my car was shut down. The owner Don, called me to tell me what happened, and that they would need to tow my car to the Nissan Dealership to have them check it out. (He even told me he ordered a flatbed, so my car wouldn't be damaged during the transportation.)



Don paid for my car rental; he even picked me up at work, since I didn't have a ride, and even purchased me an extra key for my car! My car was at the Nissan Dealership, for about a week because Nissan had to wait for a part to be shipped. I honesty felt bad that Don had to pay this large amount for this repair, but he did with NO hesitations.



I am writing this to express my appreciation of Road Quake’s remarkable work ethic, positive attitude, and old school morals. The staff at Road Quake are polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company. Mistakes happen, but it is hard to find a company who will fix them with no questions asked. Thank you so much RoadQuake! I LOVE my new remote start!

I've been coming here for years and have had 4 cars tinted here by Cezar. He's been doing this for 15 years and does great work. If you get the premium tints he'll give you a limited warranty which I've never had to use on any of my leased cars (3-4 years). I only use Cezar so let him know I referred you for a great deal.
