My husband & I listed our house for sale close to 2 months ago with Michael Rabin. Sometimes things get a little tough, this is a crazy market, but Michael is doing all he can to try & bring us together with a buyer. We are confident that he will soon find our buyer & sell our house.

Michael Rabin's impolite attitude, incompetent knowledge about the real estate industry and processes shattered our dream house deal. He first accepted our offer at top dollar on the behalf of the sellers. Then, between the time we got an inspection done till the time that our attorneys negotiated a deal, he found another prospective buyer and tried to sway the sellers from perfectly good buyers based on illegitimate facts. We are first time home buyers with a perfect credit score and zero debt. In addition, his behavior towards our realtor and ultimately towards us, was rude, immature and depicted poor business acumen.
