STAY AWAY. Sadly I went to John Weber's office to discuss debt consolidation after having Cancer and was in debt for $37,000. I met in his Brooklyn office that stunk like cigars and had a broken chair that i almost fell and cracked my head open. (i should have ran then) I was talked into bankruptcy . When i got to court John Weber was sweating bullets, nervous as a wreck, ran out of the courtroom three times before the trustee called us up. Long story short I was told it would be fine to list my ex husbands million dollar home on my bankruptcy papers and it wasnt!! Three years late, $50,000 in legal fees my ex husband has lost his home and is now homeless. John never once tried to help me or would not answer any of my calls. although he did return my $2000 fee for his bankruptcy fee, obviously knowing he was in error. Shame on you John Weber. You should not even call yourself a lawyer. Stay far away. Mush more to the story that i are not waste my time on.
