I dont usually post but this is an exception. I was amazed at how the store is set up with the products in the ceiling and everything is so presentable. I was able to visualize the product in the store as if it was in my own home. I got the perfect chandelier after 15 mins of looking around with the help of the sales man. Thanks!

i purchase two sconces a large chandelier and an outdoor light. All were excellent and at a good price. I found the people very helpful and would come back anytime

Please save yourselves a headache.... stay away from this store on 86th street, We Got Lights!! The worst customer service and return policy. They seem extremely helpful just to sell you ANYTHING but their advice is not helpful, not professional and they are so unpleasant, unreasonable to deal with after you pay them. Go to Overstock.com.... they have most stuff that this store had and great prices and return policy.

I purchased an expensive ceiling fan a few months go. After 3 weeks it didn't work anymore.

I went back to them and they refused to refund me or even exchange it. I advise you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE
