First time contacting VIP Fire Sprinklers, I have nothing but good things to say. We recently purchased an older building that needed an updated system. They retrofitted the entire building, and we are now up to code and fully compliant to Local Law 26. They did an amazing job, and we got all the documentation we needed for the annual inspection.

One of the things that I recommend about this company is its retrofit service. If, like us, you have an ancient fire sprinkler system that, thankfully, has never had to be used, it's high time it got some maintenance and an upgrade. Fortunately, VIP Fire is one of the few companies that we found that do that instead of trying to take out the whole system and starting from scratch. They are great guys, really efficient.

We've continually hired VIP Fire Sprinklers to repair and maintain all our commercial properties. Regardless of the size of the property or complexity, they do the inspection as thoroughly as possible, and they repair all the different issues that we have come across over the years. They took our needs into account and helped us put together a fire system that not only fits according to the regulations in the state of New York but they also made sure that it blended well into the interior environment. They don’t cut corners, they don’t do anything halfway, and they don’t try to make things cheaper by using sub-par materials. Everything they do and use is absolutely up to the required state standard, and I have complete peace of mind that the sprinkler system in our property will pass inspections with flying colors. I even have all the paperwork needed to prove it. I am recommending this company to people who need it.

We thought that pandemic would halt our construction, but companies like VIP Fire Sprinklers make it possible for small guys like us to continue to work. They came in to check our plans and made suggestions on improving our fire system, and they also took on our project. Hopefully, our building will be ready by the time the pandemic is over!

We asked many companies for computations, but only VIP Fire Sprinklers reassured us that we would be fully code-compliant. They were the only ones who gave us a clear plan of what would be done and how it would benefit us. They have the expertise and the manpower to make the renovation work.

The previous manager didn’t do his job properly, and I saw that many of our sprinklers were not working and there was no sprinkler system in the new wing. VIP Fire Sprinklers fixed all of these problems with us before they could cause even more problems with the city.

We asked VIP Fire Sprinklers to do our annual fire pump test. We are very surprised with how professionally they set up their equipment and are very aware of their surroundings. They didn’t take up much time at all, and our building could return to business as usual in an instant.

I'm giving five stars to VIP Fire Sprinklers. They are fast, efficient, and thorough in their work. Every person I've spoken to in the process of our new home's sprinkler installation has been very professional, and I was pleased with their work. Just from the way they explained things and the paperwork they provided, I knew they were people who have done this for a long time, and I was not disappointed.

I've been calling VIP Fire Sprinklers for the sprinkler systems in all my properties, and I've never had a bad experience with them. I call them in for maintenance of existing systems and repair sometimes with others. Recently, we had a fire at one of our locations, and the system they installed played a key role in ensuring that the fire got put out right away and didn't spread. That's hundreds of thousands of dollars saved for us.

We've had real problems finding a company that would upgrade our system, but VIP Fire Sprinklers solved our issues. They came in, took a look at the new annex to the building, and were able to find a way to integrate the annex's fire sprinkler system into the new one. They even helped us upgrade the main building's systems! They're just a tremendous all-around company for this sort of thing, and they get the job done.
