This is my second time going to verg, but the times weren't joyful.....i came in with my babies, but left without them, due to conditions that were terminal...the staff there are excellent, kind, caring and very sympathetic. The staff was very concerned with my well being, and expressed their condolences for my loss. I recommend them to all pet lovers...

When I recently had to put my cat of 20 years down I went to VERG. The doctor on call came in and said that he NEVER suggests that putting down an animal as the first choice. My cat had many health issues and I knew the day would soon come that I would have to put her down. The doctor was very sensitive and understanding as was his entire staff. The examination rooms are very clean and well kept. And unlike human emergency rooms the waiting time was very short.
