Service at this post office is horrendous. Lines are long and are often being serviced by two or three representatives. This post office services a part of Brooklyn that is largely poor or working poor people of color. Whenever I happen to be at a post office in an area that is populated predominately by Caucasian people, service is good or excellent.

These employees are the worst . . . I've lived in the neighborhood for close to 20 years. I've tried calling at opening time, closing time & every hour during the day... they have NEVER picked up the telephone ONCE!!! If that's not enough, just go in... you'll see the laziest workers -- then again, aren't all city/state employees the slowest, least concerned employees in NYC? Just like the DMV -- typical, yet never gets easier to swallow.
