I was looking for a friendly post office that could renew passports when I stumbled upon here. All of the Postal offices seem to have a truckload of awful negative reviews about passports and the workers. However, When I went today the service was AMAZING. The lady at the desk answered all of my questions, informed me, and was very respectful, chill, and polite. She deserves a raise in my opinion!

The worst post office in the world. They lie all the time about attempting to deliver your package. They have the worst attitude and don't dare ask to speak to a supervisor because it will be like speaking to satan. This locations needs to be shut down or bring in staff who really want to work. There are people out here that would really like a job.

Careful there! packages disappear, you don't get your mail, packages are open and the inside is stolen...and if you go to talk to the manager, you better run! Horrible but worse you can't trust them. I use USPS in the city but unfortunately I get the mail here at 11225, I even thought of moving because of how bad the USPS in this zip code is. Why aren't they doing anything about it?

I'm in and out of there all the time, certainly enough to have a better understanding of what the facility is like. The lines aren't as consistently long as some people describe and a very, very common problem is people that don't arrive with any preparation or knowledge of what it is they're trying to do, whether it's picking up a package, applying for a passport, shipping something by Express Mail or simply mailing something to another country. There are plexiglass windows between the clerk and the customer so I find the above person's story about a clerk throwing a pen at them very difficult to believe. The USPS is horribly underfunded and understaffed so if you can't take that into consideration than use email or go to UPS. In my opinion, Ms. O runs the place as best as possible.

worst post office in the history of post offices. rude and inefficient staff, completely unprofessional. the lines are always out the door and people are waiting longer than necessary only to get to the window and be abused by the ignorant people who man them. i live around the corner and instead of having to experience this place i carry packages into the city and mail them there. when something is left for me i have it redelivered rather than go over to pick it up. even just buying stamps here becomes a chore that takes over an hour. what a nightmare.

On 22 March I visited the P.O. for a money order. I was unfamiliar with the process and the clerk went out of her way to be VERY helpful and explain to me. I was very impressed with how efficient she and the rest of the employees were.

Last summer on June 25th a male clerk threw a pen at me, when I asked for it because did not have mine. All staff accepted it as a normal thing and began arguing with me. The male clerk and female staff with name Quinn told me not to come again, if i did not like their attitude. I though I will never come, but did. On September, 27th at 4:10PM a female clerk in the single window in the right corner got wicked and had returned back my two envelops needed to be send out. So had to switch a window fwith another clerk. All my fault was: I just needed to receive simple postal service related with my work responsibilities. This is the reason we all come to the post office: for the service. However, no one wants to receive humiliating attitude for no reason. So, did not I, but received. Humiliation. Just wondering: does anybody care about quality of work performance at this place? Or this post office follows its own conducts and regulations while serving tax payers?

Perhaps, it is enough?

After visiting the post office located 315 Empire Blvd in Brooklyn for fourth time, I said "enough".

I was okay (as many other customers) to stay for long time on lines while clerks having their breaks, lunches, or just just being slow, rude, and arrogant.

However, after the visit on June 25th of the current year, I decided to avoid people which work here, and let others know that simple postal procedure can be turned to humaliation. The bottom line: If someone needs apply for US passport, please avoid a male clerk because, if you need to put in application one word he found you missed while filling it out, do not ask him for a pan because he can just threw it. Also, try to avoid to find support from the lady with name Quinn who walks along a line and offers her help: you will hear thousands words in response, but it will not make you happy. Or another middle age female clerk which seems enjoys by her superior attitude to the customers. Manager seems as a nice person. May be just because of she, this business is not down yet?
