I called some where in January 2016 to give Isabela all the info she needed to fill a no fault claim I even sent her an email with the info she needed just to make sure she got it right.after 3months I get a call from her saying the claim couldn't be processed bcos she think she got the wrong claim # after so many time of callin her back and leaving voice-mails I finally got a hold of her i gave her the exact same number I emailed her and that was when she asked me again if it was a no fault or a worker comp.I told her it was a no fault just like I did de first time I spoke with her.it was this moment she said it was too late for a nofault And I will have to pay the medical bill.I tried telling her how I had emailed her all the infor she needed to fIle a claim and told her all she had to know to fill the right claim she told me she didn't care about my email or calls I have made to thier office to give her that information and hang up thefone. She couldn't do her job and now I hav 2pay
