First of all the guy that came to pick up my package was rude nasty old guy I asked him done questions which he decided not to answer me. This was on 10/20/2017. He never put my mother’s phone number on the barrel so when it reached to Trinidad it just sat there no one called her to let her know that the barrel had arrive. I had to call this company and that’s when I found out the barrel had land I told her. So she went and picked up her barrel. When she went through the barrel they went into the barrel and stole clothes, shoes, food, toiletries, and more. I will never USEEE this company AGAIN!!!!... The customer service are poor and also the drivers are not professional at all. The lady at the office gave me one price and that old nasty attitude man gave me another price so when I called the office back she told me it was her mistake.. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They are the worst, I've shipped with them on 3 occasions and on the last 2 they took 6 weeks before I received my barrels. And everytime u call they keep giving u a different date as to when it's expected. Don't use them look elsewhere.

Worst shipping service - and I've been doing business with them for 10 years. They are extremely rude, slow to ship, and they don't really seem to care about their customers at all. Trinbago express should be the last place you should go to do shipping. They are incompetent and I would recommend nobody ship with them. Go to tnt shipping. Much better experience.

The assistant the came with the driver to pick up at my house was very nasty. He refused to answer concerns that I had about the price that was higher than what was provided by the office staff. He refused to provide me with the shipping documents necessary for me to verify that the shipping info in their system was correct. He was a sorry excuse for customer service. I will never do business with this company again.
