It is a horeible plan refused to cover many medicines or nebulizers for basic respiratory needs after my doctor called sent a preauthorization and tried to reach the review board who refused to contact him or me back woth a reason for the refusal of the only medication that would work for my asthma after all long term asthma maintanace medicagions failed. They are and would rather a person stay locked indoors and condtantly in hospitals and not br able to breath while paying high premiums for sub standard coverage. I do not recomend this plan to a dead animal.

The absolute worst insurance company! The customer service is Horrendous. Surgery scheduled for the following day and begging them all day to fax the Auth. I kept getting shoved from one dept to the next. Its now 4:38 the night before my surgery and I'm on hold for the 37th time today. Horrible please if you value your health do not use them !!
