I called Top Digital Appliances after being directed to them from my air conditioner's manufacturer, Frigidaire. They picked up the phone promptly and I was guided through the repair process by Mohammad. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week and he provided an easy time frame that worked for me.



Mohammad and his co-worker, Assad, showed up promptly (notice a pattern forming) and welcoming. They thoroughly examined my AC and then informed me what was wrong with it in a digestible manner. Our exchange was nothing complex and Mohammad assured me, as always, everything was OK and there was nothing to worry about. They ended up taking my AC unit back with them and began the repair process. Mohammad provided me a receipt for the transaction and even gave me his telephone number for extra re-assurance.



Throughout the weekend, Mohammad called me now and then to update me on the status of my unit. I found this to be extremely professional and helpful. On Monday, he informed me that the unit was ready, but he needed one more day to check the entire system and make sure it was perfect. No problem with me, I said.



Once again, we all scheduled an easy time for the re-install and he came later in the night, which was great given my work load. Mohammad and Assad stayed for a solid hour and a half, diligently installing the unit and triple checking to make sure everything was okay. Now, my AC is blowing ice cold and is installed correctly, but more importantly, safely.



I recommend Top Digital Appliances with everything I got'. 10/10 in my book. I will now be using them for everything I need - appliances wise - and will give their number to all my friends. I strongly suggest anyone looking for help to do the same. Everyone needs a solid mechanic and these guys are the best. Thanks again! LL
