They have a , they don't pay me enough to get up and help customers mentality. There Will always be one on the phone behind the counter Who refuses to get out of his seat. I've walked out in frustration many times because they refused to take one step to show you where anything is. Whoever owns this store should look at the video tape from October 19th. , When as usual I walked out in frustration from lack of help. The tall guy who is usually nice got a bad attitude because I asked the other guy to come from behind the counter and show me what he kept point to. Then the tall salesman stood at the end of the store aisle and pointed to the other item I asked for@ and when I asked him to come into the aisle and explain the difference in the paint strippers , thinners and removers he refused to walk into the aisle to explain anything. I told him I don't have time for this and He just said have a good day. He could care less if the store made a sale. They could triple their business if they had decent help. If you don't have the time to be frustrated and walking around a tiny store where they refuse to just take you to the item. Go elsewhere!
