THIS MAN IS A THIEF. Sent him my PS3 for a YLOD repair May 3, it arrived May 4 and was SUPPOSED to be fixed/shipped back the SAME DAY. No response after multiple emails and even after I filed a claim. I got a refund from PayPal, but to date, my console with NINE YEARS of game saves is not back in my hands, the seller has canceled his ebay account and run for the hills.



The police? Yeah, right. They told me to contact ebay for help and that I need to sue the guy because it's a "petty theft." Nine years of games/saves on a system isn't "petty". I hate to say this because I support the NYPD, but today they were USELESS thanks to the way the law handcuffs them.



I took a trip to the address and it's damn laundry he seems to use as a drop point where he receives packages. Now I hate this guy, hate Brooklyn, hate ebay (as usual - they have the WORST resolution system, PERIOD), and no, that's not changing even if I get my system back. ZERO stars (forced to choose one for the review).
