I needed a place to dry my laundry when my dryer needed repair. They allow outside drying here except on Saturday and Sunday. If they are slow, you can even do it on Saturday or Sunday.

It is well lit and air conditioned, with loads of amenities, including things you would expect, like the sale of laundry supplies, like soap and so on, laundry carts and laundry folding counters, as well as snack and drink vending machines, arcade machines, computers you can rent, and 4 large overhead televisions, with a choice of channels, at no charge.

There is always an employee there, 24x7, offering assistance if needed, keeping the facility clean and safe.

The parking lot is small but I never had trouble finding a spot.

Laundry is still drudgery but this place makes it more than tolerable, and maybe even fun.

Even the other customers are friendly.

I think that speaks volumes for the positive atmosphere at this place.

One more thing.

You need paper money, not plastic (no credit cards) to buy time on a plastic card you get from a machine to operate the washers and dryers; no quarters used in the machines.

There is a machine to change larger bills for smaller ones if you need to, and there might have been an ATM to dispense cash as well.
