I was introduced to Ave. J Florist while serving as Post Commander with a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. The Post had been using Ave. J for years, to make up wreathes for Memorial Day and other occasions, as well as floral arrangements for dinners. Always to the satisfaction of all concerned. I then began to turn to the florist to send flowers on personal occasions, e.g. my daughters and granddaughters birthdays, and more recently to send flowers to the wife of a friend who gave birth to their first child. On each occasion, I have been told how beautiful the arrangements were, and how pleased the recipients were. Even when I am out of town, I call Ave. J to arrange for flowers to be sent, because I know they will make every effort to more than satisfy the recipient--and the sender. George R. Broadhead
