Very poor customer service telephone etiquette when handling inquiries!!! Contacted Ralph Ave store on 9/3/16 regarding availability of men's overalls. Was placed on hold, then disconnected 3 consecutive calls within 10 mins. Spoke with "Dorothy" during final call who gave an immediate answer to the inquiry, but stated that she did not have access to the corporate office telephone # !! Products are good, but customer service is poor!
