Without a doubt the most unprofessional company I've had the misfortune of working with. At the start of my apartment hunt, I found a seemingly great apartment on 41-43 39th place, and was told to be in touch with Harry Frenkel. I thought I was meeting him at the unit, but he was not there upon my arrival, and told me to look around alone. That was the first red flag.I decided to apply for the apartment, and my application was accepted. I found it strange that even a week later, Harry hadn't prepared any lease for me. I could never get a straight answer out of him, but he constantly promised me the apartment. Eventually he contacted me saying the apartment needed some renovation and asked whether I could push my move in date a week or so. I obliged, only to have him push us back another week- leaving us to scramble with our current lease. Still no paperwork from him, and still no face to face interaction. Finally, he tried to postpone move in on us again, with no straight answer whatsoever. He hung up the phone on me, and I haven't heard from him since. Thank god I never gave a dime to this company, because they are not worth anyone's time. Harry was incredibly rude, incredibly unprofessional, and the owners wouldn't even speak with me on the phone. No one should have to go through this.

They are constant liars. Typical are thieves and cheats. They don't fix. They constantly put you off. Only thing they react to is housing violations or housing court orders why the city and state have not shut them down and jailed all the officers is unbelievable

Look at yourself you sent in the review as anonymously too. you are a loser. harry is the only guy in the office who takes his job seriously. harry disqualified you as a tenant so you are trying to write negitive things about him. i live in one of his buildings, the nicest person in the world. his boss is lucky to have a worker like him.

NOTICE HOW ALL OF THE ABOVE REVIEWS ARE ANONYMOUS? Harry has no soul, no heart, he only cares about bottom line. Everyone in the building hates him. Especially the super. Him and his company are a festering cancer, destroying every building they come in contact with.

Fraudulent property management company

Very rude, unprofessional and LYING staff ever! Barely answer the phone calls, NEVER call you back, don't provide other contact information than the phone number.

Have no clue, how they still run their business after so many bad reviews...

Harry you're the BEST manager around, if you leave superior realty the company will fall apart. You handle the tenants in our building on 39th place like a pro, any problem you take care of it and solve it smoothly. Your positive matters is well appreciated. Keep up the good work. Thank you Harry

i work as a super at one of the buildings managed by superior realty at 83rd ave,ive had work and personal dealings with Harry and Kevin,and found them both to be fair/friendly and helpful.And it is rare in this industry that a super would speak highly of a management company.Thanks Harry for being a good friend/boss

I had a pleasure to meet Harry. He is one of the most professional agents I have met in Sunnyside. He has great apartments available and he is very honest, that what I appreciated the most in him. His building are in great condition and for Sunnyside great prices too especially that his buildings are located in south part of Sunnyside. He is very attentive and always replied my calls, messages. He helped me a lot and showed me a great apartment. I would recommend him to my friends/family and to anyone who is looking for a great place to rent!
