If I could give Superior Appliance a negative star I would! They are undependable & they are liars! The worst of my numerous experiences with them was calling them and being informed I was the next service visit. Two & half hours later I called to find out the status of their visit to my home to be informed by their answering service that their office was CLOSED! Needless to say my microwave was never serviced by them after 2months+ of calling, scheduling, and no-showing ups by Superior Appliance. If you are seeking a worthy repair company DO NOT choose Superior Appliance even if it is for FREE!!!! I assure you, you will regret it!

I had a really positive experience with Superior Appliance Services. When I first called, I left a message, and they called me back within 30 minutes, The technician came to my home later that evening. He was super professional and took a lot of time explaining everything to me. I now use my washer/dryer and it is working beautifully again! Great service - Jose from Superior came out to repair my dishwasher - called and was running ahead of schedule, so he came 30 minutes earlier than the earliest window of time for repair - YAY!! - Really polite and got the job done in a timely manner - dishwasher works great now!! Superior Appliance Repair has fixed my Sub-Zero Refrigerator and my Bosch Washer and Dryer. I am always impressed with the service and the knowledge of the repairmen. They all always courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend :-)

My washing machine broke around 8am in the morning, by 11:30am Alex from Superior Appliance was at my house fixing my machine. Within an hour the machine was back up and working! I had priced washing machines while I was waiting and the price to fix the machine versus buying a new one was a no brainer. He was fast, affordable, genuinely friendly! I would recommend Superior Appliance Repair to any of my friends as well as call him immediately the next time one of my appliances breaks!

This is a great company. Made an appointment and Nat was at my door the next morning. In about twenty minutes he fixed the problem and was out the door. In the future I will definitely being using them for all my appliance repairs.

The next day I had an appointment and I couldn't have been more impressed. Two technicians came out, although only one was needed -- and they were dedicated, nice and hard working. Yidi and his helper were a great team, explaining to me the issue, as well as how to fix small repairs on my own. The team at Superior Appliance Repair were nice, friendly and answered the phone when I called! I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! I called Superior @ 9:00am with a washer that wouldn't drain or spin. Needless to say it was a mess. It was was completed by 3pm. The tech was so nice to my dog and a very friendly person. He left everything clean and was alot cheaper than anyone else. I will defintely use them again! Thank you so much.

I came home from work and their was a slight smell of gas in the kitchen. I figured it was coming from the range as it is the only gas appliance. I gave a call to Superior Appliance Repair and they sent (Yidi) the range repair man right over. It turned out to be a gas leak. He shut off the gas and began his work. In no time he had repaired the leak and had the range working again.
