i would like to say that my experience with dr. u and his staff(including gene)has been nothing short of a god sent. the office in the front is highly professional and the dr is as kind and considerate as they come. i am a baby boomer brought up in the slow drill days. need i say more? Dr U has shown me there is nothing to be scared about. as a matter of fact i look forward to come to the office. its as though i am going to see my friends, and i feel it is mutual on their part. Kudos to the staff dr. U. shirley, and all the people i didnt mention. steve g

I have had a dental phobia for what seems like my whole life..a friend referred me to St.Marks Dental, and I was skeptical at first..i mean..how could i actually LIKE my dentist? I was crying in the waiting room my 1st visit but the staff kept me calm and relaxed, (the receptionist is great!) and the office has a nice, warm, friendly atmosphere..If you have a phobia like I had..I definitely recommend this office! thanks st. marks!!

When you speak with the Receptionist(s), and are in need of Medical assistance, be sure you are a KNOWN client, otherwise, the insensitive tones from the staffers might just have you looking elsewhere---even if the Dentists are really good people~!



The Number #1 killer of ALL BUSINESSES are the Reception Personnel, and if these people are unprofessional & unhappy with their Pay-Scales---they can quickly turn the consumer "off" from spending "hard earned" dollars, even if the care from the Medically-Trained staff are talented!



I wonder if these reception personnel are hired strictly because of their gender & looks--instead of the actual Training Regiment in order to become a professional caregiver?!



This was my experience with this business---if you don't mind being addressed as a common "street thug", then by all means, use their services!!
