My stand mixer desperately needed repair and KitchenAid's customer service referred me to this place, unless I wanted to pay exorbitant fees to ship it halfway across the country. Negative reviews, however, had me apprehensive about going here. I was dreading dealing with what I was afraid would be New York rudeness, but the owner struck me as simply being a no-nonsense business man who is a "straight-shooter" and trustworthy.
I'm glad I went, and I plan to go back with other small kitchen appliances, as I think the work they did on my stand mixer is excellent. I feel very confident in the service they offer.

Stay away from this store as far as U can.It's not factory authorized dealer, shop is a dump, looks like a dungeon. Owner is rude and a liar.
No cash register, no receipt, cash only. Hard to believe we have such store in Bensonhurst.
