I don't want to sound like a disgruntled customer, since I have not even seen the doctor at this office. However, the way this office treated me is not becoming to a medical facility. My insurance isn't accepted, but I need to get the treatment ( offered in Brooklyn only here), so I offered to pay cash. I was refused because, apparently, " a lot of paper work is involved" for people with worker's compensation disabilities. I don't know how to interpret this attitude, but I wouldn't call this office "medical". If the office only treats people with " good insurances" or no paperwork, this office isn't helping as a doctor's office should according to the Hippocratic Oath. Just another Brighton Beach business, like a restaurant or a dry-cleaner, who has a note on the front door stating that they can refuse services to anyone.
