My colleague and I both spoke with Antoine several times during the week of the 9th to confirm 2 charter buses for our benefit happening on June 12th. After much phone tag, we received a confirmation on the 11th and everything was all set. On the afternoon of the 12th, two hours before the scheduled pick up, Antoine called to inform us that one bus broke down but the other bus could transport most of the students. By 2:45 - 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, no buses had shown up and Antoine was MIA. We called the office and spoke with someone who had no idea about any charter rentals and could also not contact Antoine. The woman in the office offered to text Antoine but offered no other help. Upon calling back to check the status of our issue, she got extremely rude with us.

We were forced to find another bus company, have the children arrive to the benefit over an hour late, and rush to get things settled. I have not heard anything from Antoine or Silhouette Tours & Travel and hope to never come in contact with them again. Our event was nearly ruined by his lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness, and disregard for a promise of service.



I plan on telling every website possible how terrible this company is and advise everyone to stay far away from them and the sham they are running.

Terrible service. They showed up to the wrong location to pickup my guests. We had to pay for them to take cabs to our wedding. They offered us a refund for "ONE HOUR", which is ridiculous since we didn't use them AT ALL for one leg of the trip.
