If only there was a way to leave zero stars... Brought some pictures to get resized for my parents anniversary party. Very unprofessional, the work was shoddy and looked like it was printed from a cheap home computer. And on top of that, the work had scratches all over it. I already had put down $80 deposit which I said they could have I was not happy with the work, please give me back my originals and the worker refused. The proofs they sent me looked nothing like what they produced. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't there, spoke to him on the phone. He harped on about how they held onto it for a week that's why the photos were scratched, and they were told from the beginning when the work was needed which wasn't until next week, and I was unable to pick up earlier. I was willing to let the scratched pictures go, but I had some small pictures made and the resolution was terrible. Mind you the resolution on all the products were bad, but the small once were just horrid. For them to think that it was ok to print this and give it to me as professional work is insulting. The manager eventually hung up on me, though he did take $20 off of my $120 balance. I would not recommend anyone going here for anything. In all fairness I have had other work done here before and was very satisfied, but if this is the way you treat your customers, you don't deserve to be in business, there are plenty of other print shops out there that are actually professional. Shame on me for not going to photo studio.

I use David signs when I opened my new business .I was very excited when we worked on the details of what I wanted and how it should look. When u are spending money on something new they are very nice and involved. My awning did not even make it 1 year without starting to crumple and fall apart. When I called David they didn't want to be bothered. Finally after giving me the run around he agreed to show up at my business for a price. I waited for them to come and they were a no show. When I called them they where very nasty and told me they are not going to fix my sign. I am mortified how my sign looks in front of my new business. I think Davids signs are poor quality and would not recommend to anyone. I am now looking for another place to service my awning that is not even 1 year old. I hope no one has to go through what I did.
