horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mom ordered translation of 2 documents and was told to come next day to pick them up, she paid $30. Next day, when she came she was told that documents were not ready. She was unpleasantly surprised as she spent 1 hour and a half to get there. So, she asked to return her money. Sales person refused to do that!!!! He was so rude!!!! Yelling at 66 y.o. lady!!!!! My mom cried. She had to call the police to get her money back. But who will compensate emotional trauma!!!!!! She said that was the first time in her life when she was so humiliated!!! My mom has neurological condition. If her health will be affected by this incident, I'll have to sue this Scervice Center. Worst business ever!!!!! Unacceptable customer service!!!! Don't go there if you don't want to be yelled and cursed!!!!
