The restaurant/bar room is a wood paneled "warm" and cozy room. The waiters and bus boy were friendly and responsive and did what they could to make the experience enjoyable. The tables were close together and that made it difficult to get up to, for example, use the lavatory without bumping into the people seated behind you. There was plenty of food - but don't confuse quantity with quality. There were two of us. We had goulash and noodles and sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage. The rolls were served warm and were tasty. The red cabbage was quite good and the potato dumplings and noodles were fine. Unfortunately the meat in both cases, except for the taste imparted by the gravy, was tasteless -- and that is what you buy the entree for ----------.

YUMMO!! The food here is wonderful. The staff is the best and goes out of their way to be very helpful; more than you can ever imagine.I believe this restaurant was once featured in a very famous video. I am still checking into this fact but once I am sure; oh boy, I will put it in writing. Eat here and you will think you died and went to heaven.
