This company does great work at a reasonable price. They gave a very competitive bid, and they were friendly, responsive and honest throughout the process. When it was time to do the job, they never left us wondering when they were going to show up, or what else was happening; they were always clear and prompt with their communication.



Their actual work was excellent, resurfacing the rear of two buildings, replacing a damaged four-story drainpipe, roof repair and painting a fire escape. In addition, the manager assisted with securing extra labor and a dumpster for a different job, and providing advice on other work. And friendly too! If you've got a roofing, scaffolding or facade repair job, look closely at this company.

Fast, easy and affordable! I recommend them as well! Very knowledgeable company and all around jobs can be done, I have been using them for the past 6 months on projects. . They are friendly, reliable, detail oriented, and very considerate of you and your property. I even have their number saved in my cell for when I need work done.

Mohammed (the "A" in SAS) and his crew are beyond wonderful. His prices are fair - especially considering he and his team's timeliness, thoroughness, and cleanliness. He isn't the cheapest quote you'll get, but his prices are WORTH IT. You buy cheap, you get cheap. Mohammed does the job right, the first time around and he doesn't pinch pennies. He'll use the best quality materials and consult with you if something he needs will cost more (it happened once and he went about in the absolute best way). He's always willing to talk something out and provide extra information if asked. He and his crew clearly work together well as they work quickly, are incredibly polite - and have I mentioned how tidy they are? We had to have our terrace's floor redone owing to years of leaks through the floor below, work that had been attempted by a frustrating roster of plumbers and contractors over the years. He took one look at it, saw the faults in the initial construction and repaired the flooring. The repair was more extensive than expected, but we finally have a dry space down below and the tiling looks better than before. He also repaired a massive, gaping hole that stemmed from the roof that had left us with a weeping eyesore in the kitchen for too many years - we had the same situation with other roofers and contractors, $$$ spent, but no fix to the probelm. He recently came back to redo our sidewalk and fix some leakage issues with our HVAC that were making for greater problems. We will turn to Mohammed whenever there's a problem, he is incredibly professional and he offers a warranty should his work not be sound; this last bit is very comforting. He offers the warranty, but so far we've not had to use it, which is the greatest relief of all!

After researching a few roofers I hired SAS to replace my flat roof and put in a new rear gutter guards. Mohammad, the owner, was nice to work with. he and his men got the roof done in one and a half day but ran out of gutter guards. he promised to come back to finish the gutter guards and he did a week later. I also asked him to fix the falling front gutter guards and he did it better than I expected. thanks SAS!

There is not one bad thing I could say about SAS (Amzad) and his team. After getting estimates from other contractors I knew my needs out weighted my financial ability so I asked Amzad for an estimate on what was priority. I was pleasantly surprised that Amzad's estimate was less than most contractors and the entire project got completed in one day. SAS even included some extras like power washing the entire exterior. tightening loose siding and replaced missing siding. SAS and his team were professional, clean, and restored my confidence in hiring contractors. Thanks SAS!

I highly recommend SAS because the company is very professional. The foreman continually monitored my satisfaction with the project. Communication was excellent throughout the timeframe. I completely trusted in the expertise of the workers who display a notable work ethic.

After researching several roofers I decide to hire SAS Construction to repair two roofs in my commercial Flat roofed Building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn along with repointing and stucco work.

The roof was completed neglected for many years and need a complete removal of multi layers of old roof material

The work involved to do this job correctly was more extensive than first assumed. Mohammad (Amzad) stuck to the original agreed contracted price and ate the difference. Now that talks volumes right there!

after SAS ground out all my mortar on my brick house they replaced all the bad bricks and repointed and waterproofed. After my neighbors witnessed the professional job , a handfull of them hired him to do work on their homes and they all are happy. Mohammed doesn't start 10 jobs and bounce from one to the next, he commits to your job , finishes , and then moves on to the next and I really appreciated that. BTW , he priced the job substantially less than his competition!

I bought a new house and needed to remodel. this company was so friendly, and supportive. everyone that walks by my house and praises their work. i got my moneys worth. they do payment plans too. i had to remodel but they do all kind of works, ranging in many different price range. highly recommended.

I had my sidewalk done by SAS. The work done was very neatly.

Just last week S.A.S. did my roof and sky light. Once the job was done my roof looked awesome.

The roof work done at my house was well put. Also, I had the basement renovated. I'm satisfied with the jobs they did.

S.A.S. roofing and waterproofing is very responsible and faithful. They did they're work as described on the contract. Last year, I had them replace a sky light and had them waterproof the back brick wall. Also, they did some interior painting, it looks quite radiant.

SAS is a great company. They did my roof, sidewalk, and interior/exterior painting. I'm very satisfied with the work. I hope everyone calls Amzad,the owner for their own home repair.
