STAY AWAY.

Paid $750 to fix an ice machine.

They said that they would fix it for free of charge if it ever breaks again. Two weeks later, it breaks.

No one receives nor returns call. I am down $750 and ice machine is still down.

Never do business with these scammers. They overcharged us for a service call - but that is nothing. We are a restaurant and while they claim to be commercial experts, they added too much freon turning our cooler into a freezer costing us our produce. Then they took 3 days to return and took out too much freon, ruining thousands of dollars of food. We would not have lost it, but for 15 days they kept telling us someone was on their way. Each day no one showed up. In the meantime we got a visit from the he alt department who wrote us up requesting we fax them the invoice indicating the repair and the cooler is working. We cannot do that since these people keep stringing us along. Today we have to hire someone else to replace the compressor that burned out because they took out too much freon. I wish we never heard of Same Day. It was the worst day of our business.

This is a great company, the other day the Hvac spoiled and the students were very cold this company came and fixed it in just minute, thanks guys-I have also learned the since this company is so efficient its competition in posting bad reviews.

Stay far, far away. This is a transparent scam. They asked me for $150 to buy parts and (foolishly) I gave it to them. They said they'd be back in three days, and I never heard from them again. After calling repeatedly for over a month, I finally got ahold of the owner. He just laughed and called me a sucker.
