I called Safeway Security Systems to set up an appointment, they were very nice on the phone. The guy claiming to be the owner spoke to me for a half an hour. Educating me about the camera system, and alarm system i was interested in. The man came over, went through the whole place, even showed me how he was going to hide the wires. I sgned the papers, gave him a deposit, he came the following Monday, and did a great job. He taught my family how to use it., and the quality exceeded my expectations. I had them install the systems in my business. I recommended them to my family and friends, they are all happy. GOOD JOB SAFEWAY! Good old fashioned customer service. I highly recommend them.

the people here are great , i called and had a phone meeting with a very knowlegable tech /salesperson who made a appointment to come to my buissnes . apon his arrivial he conducted a survey and had a profesional quote in my email within a hour ,, wow ,, i contracted them and ha a nice crew install my system without a hitch ,,, very pleased .. there price was a little higher than the fly by night guys out there but , the system is high in quality and i trusted them ,, i recomend them highly ,,,,,,,,,c.h

THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED WAS UNMATCHABLE. I HAD A BUDGET TO GET ALL OF MY LOCKS REKEY AND CHANGED OUT IN MY HOUSE AND LOCKSMITH WAS PRICED WAY UNDER MY BUDGET. I GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AHEAD AND THEY WERE THERE RIGHT ON TIME. THE JOB WAS DONE WELL AND WITHOUT ANY FLAWS WHAT SO EVER. MUST TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THIS SERVICE

I placed a call for a locksmith to come and install new locks on my front door. The person over the phone was very nice and explained the various options to me. Within 30 minutes they were here and showed me all of the various locks I could choose from. Once I made my choice they went ahead and installed the lock on my door - they did beautiful work i must say. The only downside is that they would not take my check as payment and I do not have any credit cards (me and my partner are working on getting our debt in check...) so I ended up having to pay cash. overall I am satisfied with the service.

I live nearby and got locked out late last night - they came very quickly ( he was here in about 20 minutes ) and opened my front door for me in about an additional 5 minutes. He was super nice and did not try to over charge me anything for it being the weekend or late night. Lovely service gets 5 stars from me. Thanks.

They are great. came to my new home to replace all of my locks last year. He was quick, efficient and his prices were fair. The key event happened several months later, when my 2 yr old son was locked in his bedroom mistakenly by an inside lock that was erroneously set in lock mode (fortunately he slept through it). I called their receptionist and she sent me a locksmith right there on the spot as it was an emergency. She even called to check in and make sure he arrived. After he opened the door he charged me well over the quote she gave me over the phone, so I called her back at the number I had right away and she said "let me talk to him!" and suddenly the price dropped by $20. After the transaction was completed they called to make sure the credit was back on my card. It was. That is amazing customer service, and for that i add the 5th stars as they went out of their way to make sure I was happy

i'm gonna be brutally honest here - they got here fast, charged me LESS then what I was quoted over the phone - from the operator to the locksmith that came to my apartment right after midnight - had all the right tools and knew what he was doing EVERYONE was smiling (well I didn't actually see the girl over the phone but she sounded happy...) anyway many thanks! who thought that getting locked out around midnight would be such a positive experience.

I'm not a big reviewer but felt compelled to say how good I thought this service was. He is definitely the man to get the job done and as they promise, no hidden costs and I was told the set and final price as soon as they got here and looked at my locks. Quick, efficient and very pleasant.... It almost would make being locked out a pleasure...
