Had an appointment at Royal Optix at 10am and arrived 15 minutes late. Took about 25 min to see the eye doctor but it was worth it. Optomerist was very knowledgeable and attentive. Very advanced equipment. They have a very huge collection of eyeglasses. Highly recommended.

The service is absolutely horrible. They smile and behave friendly, but they are incompetent. They try to squeeze as much money from you as they can, but if you can't use glasses that they made, there is no money back and they don't want to fix it.

Royal Optix in Bay Ridge is the BEST shop ever. Optometrist is very knowledgeable and friendly. Owner Steven found the perfect pair of glasses for me, I mean perfect! When I looked around the shop, the staff were doing the same for other customers, unbelievable. Each customer had a unique look, perfect for them. The quality of the lenses....best I ever had. Fantastic customer service. Will shop again.
