OK if you need a quick mani/pedi

Rose Nails is a long time salon on 11th Avenue. In the late 1990s I went frequently but was put off by the way they'd leave you in mid-manicure to take care of one of their walk-ins. When I went earlier in 2006 I was pleased that this didn't happen when I was there.
