TERRIBLE SERVICE. Very similar experience to other customers. First ordered a pair of boots apparently they did not have in stock. They didn't inform me of this, but charged me anyway. When I called and inquired, the guy (Aaron) talked to me in to buying a different style of boots. Terrible boots, so I promptly returned them via FedEx and of course paid for the shipping as well.



They never refunded my money. FedEx even confirmed that the item had been delivered to them weeks ago. I called multiple times, and each time they told me they would call me back in 10 minutes. Never happened. Finally I just called the credit card company who gave me a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Poor customer service!!! Would not recommend buying from them.

Don't believe the general info above. I ordered a helmet from their website , they sent a different model (no face shield , wrong color). I emailed & called . They said they would take care of it . But now I can get no further response from them. The other reviewer is right , shop elsewhere .

I'd say shop elsewhere. They advertise merchandise that is not in stock and disregard purchases they can not fill. It will be up to you to contact them and inform them you didnt get your stuff shipped in the "promised" 24 hour period. However, they dont reply to emails or phone call messages. After 3 weeks I had to file a reversal of payment to get money back. Shop elswhere too many great places willing to earn your business.
