Sad to say they are just average. Many times the lines are too long. Wait is long. And when I call in a perscription no one takes the messages off the machine so even tho the electronic voice works well, the humans seem very robotical and uncareing. I always have to ask them to call the Dr. for a refill. No one has ever said "Oh your out of that Mz., We call call the Dr. for you and get a perscription. It seems since Rite Aide bought out the little mom & pop pharmacy everyone passes the buck for being on top of things. It saddens me
