Heartless people...Bad business practices!!!

My mom was assigned Revival short term care service after rehabilitation from open heart surgery. Rehabilitation facility requested 10 hours/day of home care, but on a very second day of being home the Revival nurse told her that she is going to change it to 5 hours. After multiple calls to the doctor, rehabilitation facility and major headaches, she was left with 8 hours. Revival kept sending her unfit people. The first one was stealing from her, the other 3 were foreigners from some exotic country who knew only own language and my mom wasn't able to explain them her needs. Finally, after even more people, my mom found the one who was able really to take care of her. She was really glad and she wanted to keep her. This home attendant stayed with my mom for 6 months, they developed a good relationship where both extremely satisfied. We know that good help is hard to find. Then my mother had another heart issue and ended up in the hospital again, for a fairly short stay of 1 week (inclusive of surgery). When hospital case worker contacted Revival, the Revival DID NOT want to keep this home attendant at my mom's assignment after my mom's release from the hospital. Why? NO REASON AT ALL. (To clarify, the home attendant wanted to continue working with my mom.) I called Revival and spoke with manager by the name of Ora (don't know exact spelling), who was EXTREMELY rude to me and basically told me off. She literally told me that she does not care about my mom and that she will manage her employees any way she wants. Revival was more than happy to give my mom her home attendant IF my mom agreed to participate in their long-term care program (obviously a way for them to make money, and they did it as a sort of extortion). We decided that it was unfair and just a very very bad way of doing business, with no care for the customer at all!!! Especially when this customer is an elderly person and not able to stand for themselves. BE WARNED!!
