Incredibly prompt & friendly service from this organization. They really seem like they bend over backwards for their customers. I had originally used them a few times for #2 Heating Oil delivery. Their prices were always the lowest I could find in New York City (I live in Manhattan). I own a hardware store in Hells Kitchen and I now have Chief Energy as my Gas & Electricity provider. I didn't know much about ESCO's, but after switching to them, my Con Edison bill has dropped dramatically.

I searched high & low for a secondary Energy Service Provider and there was no other company I felt more comfortable communicating with than Chief Energy. I am a small business owner in Queens, NY and when speaking with the associates at Chief Energy, they treated me like a human and not like a dollar sign. They were incredibly cordial with me in quoting the best (cheapest) prices out there. I initially used them for heating oil delivery, but now I have them service providers for my natural gas and electric. Please do yourself a favor and do business with Chief Energy.

These guys are total jerks. I got hung up on the first time I called, Hung up on the second time I called. . .You have to be kidding me. Does no one know how to answer the damn phone like a gentleman around here? I don't get it. You don't even know me - you had no idea what I wanted, I could have become your best customer, but because of the way I got treated just by calling in - - if I were you, I wouldn't even so much as consider wasting your time on these jerks as they won't consider using their time to help you.
