They own the apartment complex in bradenton florida. The manager goes out of her way to make that not be the case. Why ? She is unfriendly and makes judgements that are not of the best interest for long term renting.our building had a fire could have been huge loss. frightening,instead of being grateful of quick reaction of one of the tenants they were given a warning for having friends visit him. I have seen tenant pick up trash, sweep hallways look out for vehicles and do nothing but bring a neighborly security and safety here. He shows no disrespect I am blessed to have such a neighbor. I'm single hard working 55 yr old women and want a quite safe home. I would not tolerate whatever the manager accuses. Its sad that we all want to move. Why do the good people here seem to be the ones getting run off. Why are the owners allowing this? Do they not want long term residents that look out for the property????
