I purchased an expensive chandelier, the costumer service in store was very good,

When the installer installed the chandelier at my house I notified him that it’s a little to low he should pick it up a little higher, he was lazy to do it so he said “its beautiful like this” then he added “ if you decide that you want to bring up a little just call us will come and do it for free”,

My table in my living room is a furniture table with a glass top, because the chandelier is so low it while using it for normal daily uses it happened twice that the crystal ball at the bottom of the chandelier fall of and broke the glass top, when I called in to the store asking for someone to bring it up a little they said the I will need to pay for that, when I told them the whole story (that I originally wanted it higher) they said that I need to discuss it with the boss, the boss promised me that he will take care of it, but he never took, and when I was trying to reach him again he is never available.
