i had a great experience with quality Repair. my stove needed a part. Frigidaire sent the wrong part (i will never buy a Frigidaire product again). The Quality repair technician was very patient, spent time with me and helped me find the correct part to get from Frigidaire. after no help from Frigidaire, i found the part on line called quality back and they sent the technician back. this whole process took several months and Quality was very helpful. Today the part was installed and the stove is working just fine. They were very easy to deal with and they didn't charge me for the first visit which i thought was very decent. I highly recommend.

i wonder who's writing all these great reviews? Just try to get in touch with them, and see what happens, let alone of course they don't show up for scheduled appointments

It's hard to find any authroized service center that can repair Sub-Zero appliances, but this small company in Brooklyn sent out their technician to do a diagnostic check on our side-by side refrigerator/freezer. The technician explained that we needed a new fan motor, which the company ordered and replaced the following week. I ended up recommending this company to a friend who was having problems with her Wine Cooler, which Quality repaired in a week and a half. So far they're two for two. I'm sure that I'll recommend them again.

The technician who came out to service my Frigidaire Refrigerator was awesome! He came out twice, once to determine what was wrong and a second time to do the repair. Whenever some other appliance breaks down (though I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing does) I'm giving these guys a call.
