They are a great car rental, and a pleasure to deal with. They dont sell you insurance you dont need. Best of all I had been in an accident with my personal car, and they replaced it at no charge to me. They direct billed my insurance at no out of pocket cost.

Was involved in an accident and was referred to Quality by the body shop where my car was being fixed. Extremely nice customer service, they didn't even charge me and had me deal with the insurance rather they dealt directly with the insurance taking a huge hassle off my shoulders. Car was clean and very comfortable. Basically nothing bad to say about them!!! I have to note that this was my first time renting a car with a smaller firm as opposed to renting from Avis. Hertz in the past and I have to admit they made me come back if ever needed.

They have a great rewards program as well which in the end reduces the price of the rental as well. For every two days that you rent a car from Quality Car Rental you get a free upgrade at your next rental, and after ten days you get a free day. I rented a full size vehicle which was great for me and my husband, and our two kids. They have compact cars well, and they have minivans and SUV’s for larger families or for longer getaway vacations. I will only use them in the future. Call them at 718 387 6666.
