Jude exactly described the process and kept his word. He said there was a 50% chance he could fix my speaker circuit board and there would be no charge if he was not successful. He even said he would come to my home to insure it worked before I paid him. He found a short and changed a couple of capacitors but there was still another problem. He worked on it for several weeks, a couple of times a week, but said any parts needed would only be available through the speaker company if they were still available. I called the company who said to send them the speaker as the parts required were special and a regular technician would not be able to resolve the problem. Jude told me that the company was charging me a fair price and charged me nothing even though he had replaced a couple of parts. Additionally, he was quite happy that I can get my speaker fixed and thought nothing about his not making any money. Very nice guy who I would highly recommend.
