The worst experience with their billing department. There was an over-payment made for lab services due to an error by the insurance company. It seems impossible to get reimbursement for the over-payment amount from Quality Lab Svc. They ignore letters from the insurance company, very difficult to reach via the phone and every time I get to speak with somebody they re-direct me to somebody else who is unavailable or ask me to wait and nothing happens.
